Trzy poematy (Three poems)

Two of the three poems were created in unusual circumstances in prison. The third – „Living Flame of Love” was written after his escape from the Toledo fortress. The mysticism of St. John of the Cross is the highest degree to the sublime and almost absolute. His poetry is one of the masterpieces of Spanish literature, and the poem „Song of the spiritual” is considered an absolute gem of world literature. He was the greatest mystique among the poets and his work the quintessence of the greatest poets and the summit of world mysticism.
